Website Redesign & Digital Banking Campaign
Working with MDR Advertising, I redesigned the responsive WordPress website for this South Texas credit union serving over 215,000 members and developed a comprehensive digital literacy campaign promoting their new e-banking tools. The campaign featured "Tellie," a whimsical robot ATM mascot I created to make digital banking approachable and entertaining. Deliverables included the main website redesign, HelloTellie.com microsite, digital advertising, social media graphics, and e-services brochures. This project demonstrates financial services marketing, character development, and multi-platform campaign execution.
